Happy November!
I can't believe it's almost Thanksgiving! Like so many families, mine is pinching pennies and trying to find ways to save money. Bargain shopping has actually become a fun challenge...How much can I really save with coupons or by shopping the sales at the grocery store?

Did you know that the American Farm Bureau Federation estimates the average Thanksgiving dinner for a family of ten will cost $44.61? By using coupons and taking advantage of sales you can cook a wonderful dinner for UNDER $30.

My best find lately is www.coupons.com, a website where you can print coupons to your own printer! You'll also find great tips on how to save on grocery shopping.

Many stores honor competitor's prices so be sure to keep your weekly store fliers to compare prices.  Even Lowes' and Home Depot offer price matching on items needed for home repairs.
